About us
smartvillage is a new work start-up founded in 2018 with two event locations in Munich. By now, we have freed more than 37,500 event participants from the boring daily routine of meetings, but we are still far from reaching our goal. Every day, we combine hospitality service with a feel-good atmosphere and humanity. In addition, we want to play a pioneering role in the event industry in terms of sustainability and as of January 2022, therefore, operate completely climate-neutral.

Welcome to your journey through the most creative location in Munich: smartvillage Bogenhausen. Breakfast with colleagues in Sicily, a workshop session in the Palace of Versailles, and a refreshing after-work drink at the champagne bar next to Kopenhagen.
Our 14 rooms will take you to the most beautiful destinations in Europe and offer you a wide range of possibilities for workshops, meetings, and events of any size throughout our 3.500 m² of space. “Versailles” is not only one of the largest palaces in Europe but also one of smartvillage’s most impressive rooms with a size of 168 m² and direct terrace access – ideal for seminars and conferences. The room can be easily connected with the room “Vienna” – only separated by a mobile wall. The versatility of the light-flooded room offers flexible seating variations and events of any dimension.
Characteristics
You won’t find five centuries of French history here, but you will definitely find numerous remarkable works of art that will amaze you and give the room an extravagant design and historical charm.
