Can-do 50s house style mix old / modern

Actually this House for demolition would have been doomed but sometimes defeats the unreasonableness and therefore it has become a unique hodgepodge of old and new. Each of the small rooms painted in a different color and combines original preserved parquet with all modern conveniences. The House is divided a two floors, an attic (creepy!) and the basement (unremarkable).

EC
Consists of hallway, kitchen, bedroom, living room, pantry, bathroom and guest toilet. The landlord lives here, accordingly it is most wohnlichsten set in the EC. Modern kitchen, wood-burning stove and guest toilet in the jungle look.

OG
Two rooms with a bathroom and a balcony form the floor. We used only as a bed and breakfast. The back room is set up as "Gentlemen" with old rustic furniture and a Chesterfield Sofa. The front room with balcony serves as a party room and alcohol-Depot.

Attic
A fold-down roof hatch leads with wire in the unused attic. Here, there are only two small Windows and front and rear under the pitched roof. Schummerig and been fully only with some lumber.

Parking and logistics
Parking is usually on the enough available route. It can be used also the entrance and also the entrance of the neighbouring House. Munich Passau motorway is less than 10 minutes.
