The filling Hall on the ground floor is the most generous vaulted Hall on the Prater island with a total area of 480 square meters including foyer. They divided into two almost equal halves and is suitable for events from 450 to 700 people. At smaller events, a part of rental, E.g. in combination with the Orangery connected directly to the filling Hall is possible.

With 140 m² floor space including the foyer is the bright Orangery for events up to 100 persons, theatre or classroom style seating, the number of people decreases accordingly. Seminars, training courses, but also private parties can be ideally implemented in the Orangery. The generous, the courtyard-facing window front, especially for evening lighting, creates a unique atmosphere.

The Customs vault in the basement was used as a customs storage. Here, the liquors of Riemerschmids were held to their worldwide delivery under strict wraps. Connect to the filling Hall on the ground floor there is a staircase. The Customs Vault can be used either together with the filling Hall or through a separate entrance as independent venue.

The root cellar is the most extraordinary of all Vault on the Prater island with 20 columns and seemingly countless arches. The unique atmosphere among other things by the complexity of the space, which can be perfectly put in scene by professional lighting. The ISAR courtyard fringed by mature trees is located in the South-East of the area and offers pure by the direct view of ISAR Island feeling. The perfect open air location can be used for a variety of event formats and attracts many visitors each year. In uncertain weather conditions can be resorted on the immediately adjacent root cellar.
