Description
The building of the present-day celebration work completed 84 years ago. The symmetrically designed tract on Hansa Street served as a depot of the construction company Moll.
The Hansa street of 39-41 first address for young art, music and culture in Munich is now 24 years. The fresh and creative spirit of our visitors, artists and makers fits perfectly with the unique charm of the renovated industrial monument.
For every occasion, we offer a variety of rooms with multi-functional design. If corporate event, product presentation, meeting, Conference or meeting, photo shoot, filming, fashion show or theatre performance, you have all possibilities and place concert, birthday party, workshop or drink within the family framework, in the celebration work in four very different locations for 1,500 people.
On the basis of your ideas we assist you with professional know-how in the planning and execution of your event.
Our building complex is located close to the city between West end and West Park, 200 metres from the central square. Sufficient free parking for your guests is located on the premises. The celebration work is easy to reach also by public transport. Only three stops from the main railway station (U - and S-Bahn) and 131, 132 and 152 bus routes stop directly in front of the front door (Hansa Park).

Hansa39
With its robust, dark look, the Hansa 39 with a size of 230 m² is a classical concert hall. Already many thousands of visitors with enthusiasm live concerts have experienced large, permanently-installed on-stage. The Hall is a popular room for party events of all kinds. On the basis of professionellster technology and extremely good sound makes music listening and just a lot of fun here.
A separate café with its own bar also offers a retreat for talks away from the musical performances.
The Hansa 39 can be combined also with the café in the Hall of the crane and the crane Hall for big events with three areas with a total capacity of more than 1,000 people.

Crane Hall
The crane Hall with a size of 175 m² is designed in modern industrial design. Due to your multi functionality it is (closed or open) for a wide variety of events perfectly usable.
In the clearance height of eight meters several screens (optional use) and trusses are installed, which fit perfectly into the overall look of the Hall and at the same time make their versatility.
The perfect lighting and sound equipment allow to manage to make every event to another with impressive acoustics to the highlight very different atmospheres. In short, in the crane Hall are no limits the Organizer. Since there is also no fixed bars, even the spatial distribution is freely designable for your event.
Directly connected to a Café with a size of 100 m² with a stylish bar and fully equipped kitchen, which can be perfectly combined with events in the crane Hall is located.

With a size of 125 m² the Orangehouse is called the "living room" of the party work. The colour design is, of course, cause for the naming. Surrounded by a pleasant Orange radiates a cosy club atmosphere of the location. Equipped with a bar and a stage, it is ideal for events of all kinds on a smaller scale (up to 199 persons).
