Description
The summer residence was built in 1855 by Arnold Zenetti for Opera intendant of Perfall with wood paneling and round to balcony in the Swiss style. Located in the residential subdivision Niederpöcking parkland 5,000 sqm with private Jetty, bath house and boathouse directly on Lake Starnberg with a clear view on the Lake and to the mountains. Possibility to use the existing electrical or rowing boat.
The House is fully furnished, but abandoned, so that it is at all times for questions about available.
