Our House is located in single layer in inning at the Ammersee.Das House, which has located over an own entrance on a 2ha plot with views over meadows and fields/forests.
The House has a spacious courtyard with swimming pool and indoor fireplace, is at ground level and is accessible from all sides with vehicles. Parking area for small and large vehicles are given.
A birch Avenue to reach the square, from which you can go in the courtyard or enters the House. The Hall leads into the kitchen, to the toilet, and in addition to a bathroom with extra toilet and a bedroom, which could be used as a Coatrack for recordings.
From the entrance it is in approx. 50 m² living space, which is completely glazed on the long side. What is special in this 8 m langenGlaswand is that you completely can sink it in the ground, which may be for the film technician of great benefit.
