The Grünwald forestry in Straßlach is a friendly, modern restaurant with alpine cuisine, great wines and sunny beer garden.
Only three kilometres south of Munich city limits at the edge of the idyllic forest located the Grünwald forestry is not only a destination for families, hikers and cyclists, but also as a venue for pleasurable enjoyment.

The kitchen:

Our menu consists of elements of the Austrian, Bavarian, and Northern Italian regional cuisines and is determined by the seasonal offer. We take the ingredients for the most part by producers of the immediate surroundings.
Our culinary offer ranges from daily changing lunch dishes, hearty snacks and fine cakes, festive dinner.

Weddings, events and parties:

For parties and events of all kinds, our adjoining rooms, the bowling alley, the Hochzeitsstadl stage, the sun terrace, or our large beer garden you provide enough space to the party.
For larger events, we also set up a private tent for you or take care of an individual catering at your home.

Our solid barn is suitable especially for weddings, but also birthday parties or corporate events. The traditional free-standing building has a stage, bar, kitchen, own toilets. You can celebrate undisturbed until six o'clock early, because except for the forest inhabitants, there are no neighbors, for plenty of parking. Of course no room rental or cleaning costs - and if the solid barn should be already occupied, you celebrate the whole just exclusively in our restaurant.

Of course, you can also completely celebrate outdoors. Our quaint 30,000-square-metre site at the edge of the forest is created. Whether you want to hold a free wedding, enjoy the wedding cake in the garden want to or get let 100 white doves into the air before the barbecue – the possibilities are almost limitless.
Come for the bride kidnapping both rooms in our restaurant in question, as also our own tram (!) or our bowling alley. The latter is also excellent for the afternoon program of a wedding, as well as the nearby miniature golf course or the wild boar enclosure.
On request, we provide also a childcare, flower, DJs and bands, wedding cakes and vintage. In the vicinity of Straßlach there also many churches and accommodation or for outdoor lovers a place to camp, before it meets the next morning to a common get together brunch.

Also due to its size and location the terrain of the Garcia forest host in Straßlach suitable also for big summer parties, incentives, Christmas celebrations and BBQ parties.
