Our House offers you the appropriate environment. Take room for creativity! Our first House is located south of Munich, in the middle of the forest, close to the ISAR. 4000 m² forest, 200 m² House, a small stream, a small alpine hut, a large forest clearing, several terraces, a central kitchen, sleeps up to 25 people and unique facilities for a variety of activities - which are lots of space for a wide variety of projects from 1-100 people.
We are your location for creative projects and events. You bring the content. Our modular approach allows us to react flexibly to your requirements. And what exactly is / out everything possible? A lot!

Meetings & workshops when come to the best ideas? -Detached from everyday life? In an inspiring environment? Or in a sterile Conference room? If you want to carry out meetings, presentations, workshops or brainstorming with fresh look, then our house rent exclusively, and we offer you a fully equipped retreat in the middle of the nature, including catering.

Where do you study best seminars & training? -On your personal retreat? In an exciting situation? Or in the bare room? Use our House in the Woods to seminars, to hold meetings and trainings in a distraction-free formative environment.

Would you like to offer events events such as readings, lectures, concerts, exhibitions, product presentations, PR events, press conferences, private events, and much more in a special ambience overlooking the forest? Contact us and we will assist you. Catering, decoration, event and media technology, band, DJ, photographer? Together with our partners we organize it for you.

Film / photo shoots at forest glade, wildflower meadow, Bach, our terrace - the ISAR in the immediate vicinity - it gives us a range of interesting themes for photo shoots. Our Flash equipment and darkroom (B & W and color development) can be used for photo workshops. Looking for a movie scene? Our House can transform from the secluded Villa to the forest House in the forest, and perhaps we can assume even parts of your design ideas.

Almost 30 m ² living area, hardwood floors, wooden ceiling, a comprehensive space bench seats for 20 guests, a redesigned coffee cabinet from Grandma's times, a sound system and a projector in the tiled stove crackles the fire fully automatically at level 2 - everything is possible in this room. Due to the natural acoustics, the small room is used not only for meetings and presentations but also regularly for music recordings.

The Glade is located west of the House, right next to the small wooden hut. About 100 people at our 10 sets of bubbly can sit in the circular protection of FIR. Where a single table in the forest has charm, as well as a few benches that are around you to our second fire Bowl, or our indoor wood warehouse that you can use as a small stage. We have also a large stage for music festivals, dance area on pine needles, or building a large screen for film premieres in the program for you. You can also excellent use the Glade to iterate over our Slackline to hang hammocks or to get the dusty table tennis again.
